A great opportunity to deepen (and also experience) the powerful energetic work of Trust Meditation.

 

We will be immersed in nature surrounded by the mountains or impressive oceans, so the work we do will undoubtedly have a greater scope, precision and subtlety, something more difficult to achieve in the frenetic environment of the city.

 

Our goal is for recipients to become familiar with the energy within their body. The energy that surrounds us shapes us and gives us life. Often due to the kind of life experiences we have (both us and the environment we move around in), our vital energy is blocked from being able to express itself to its fullest potential, impacting our life in many different ways. We will understand how to manage our experiences, enjoy life and open ourselves to a more spiritual or transcendental self.
